Empirical Solutions is a veteran-owned organisation delivering precision-driven solutions in engineering, IT, cyber security, compliance, training, and professional and technical writing. Leveraging military-honed expertise, we help industries navigate complex challenges with efficiency, security, and strategic impact.

Empirical Solutions is more than a consultancy—it’s a mission-driven organisation that transforms military precision into civilian excellence. Founded by veterans with deep operational experience, the business was created to bridge the gap between military expertise and civilian industry needs—while also supporting fellow veterans in their transition to meaningful civilian careers.

Empirical Solutions champions social and local initiatives at its core. By prioritising veteran employment and partnering with rehabilitation providers, the business contributes to broader goals of reintegration and mental health support. Beyond the business itself, the founders actively volunteer their time to advocate for veterans. They serve on the board of UNSW, the Veterans Council, and Frontline Labs, contributing strategic insight and leadership to veteran-focused programs.

They also founded and currently chair VetX25, a national conference and expo dedicated to showcasing and supporting veteran-owned businesses. Every project undertaken by Empirical Solutions is not just a commercial engagement – it’s a step toward meaningful social impact and community empowerment.

The business was born from a dual purpose: to provide high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions to Defence, Government, and Industry clients, and to create structured, purpose-driven employment pathways for veterans.

The founders recognised that many veterans struggle to find roles that match their skills and values after leaving the Australian Defence Force. Empirical Solutions was designed to solve this problem by aligning veterans’ capabilities with industry needs, offering them structure, purpose, and long-term career growth.
