Glenn Keys is a notable business leader with a distinguished career in the ADF and corporate landscape in both Australia and around the world.
Directing Aspen Medical from its inception in 2003 through to the international business it is today, Glenn has led Aspen Medical to its established operations in 21 countries, including in the USA, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, Africa and Australasia. Aspen Medical is recognised as a Veteran Employer of Choice via the Veteran Employment Commitment.
Glenn’s service as an Australian Army Flight Engineer laid the foundations for Aspen Medical and continues to shape the way the company operates today. His military career instilled the importance of disciplined planning, leadership, teamwork and the ability to deliver under pressure. It also taught him that missions depend on preparation, empowering capable people, accountability and making sound decisions in complex environments. After leaving the Army, Glenn built on those skills in the Australian defence industry before recognising they could be applied to improving healthcare access.
Glenn Keys did more than establish a successful business, he created an Australian sovereign healthcare capability and an internationally recognised export industry that did not previously exist. Innovation has been a defining characteristic of Glenn's leadership. Glenn's innovation extends beyond technology to reimagining how healthcare can be delivered safely, rapidly and at scale in the world's most challenging environments.
Just as importantly, Glenn has remained committed to service. Through the Aspen Medical Foundation. He has reinvested in communities, supported better health outcomes and created opportunities for others.
