Jacinta Matthews (née Dubojski) is the Training Director of M2T Training, the Registered Training Organisation arm of M2T Solutions, a veteran-owned Australian defence consultancy. Jacinta is the partner of Brenden Matthews, who served twenty years as an Army mechanical engineering officer.
Jacinta built M2T Training from the ground up, establishing its RTO status and developing accredited training pathways, while pursuing government grant funding to help women affected by domestic violence enter or re-enter the workforce. She champions flexible, resilience-informed approaches to training design, drawing on her understanding of how trauma, disruption and life transitions (whether from military postings or domestic violence) affect a person's readiness to learn and re-enter work.
Alongside this, Jacinta is the founder and keynote speaker of the Just Another Girl Project, delivering empowerment presentations on bullying, self-esteem, mental health and domestic violence to more than 2,500 young people across Australian schools, drawing on her own lived experience as a survivor. Jacinta also founded MOC Apparel, an empowerment-themed clothing brand inspired by her Polish heritage (MOC translates to strength and resilience), designed to promote confidence among women.
Her advocacy work has directly strengthened M2T's commitment to workforce diversity: her pursuit of grant funding for domestic violence survivors entering the workforce reflects a genuine, lived-experience-driven push to widen who the organisation supports, not just veterans and partners but broader groups facing employment barriers.
Across three ventures, Jacinta channels the resilience and adaptability she built as an ADF partner — supporting Brenden through years of postings, training and deployment — into building organisations that create opportunity for others facing adversity. Few partners deliver this breadth of independently driven outcomes across social, commercial and vocational training domains simultaneously.
