M2T Solutions is a veteran-owned Australian defence and government services company headquartered in the ACT, approaching three years of operation this November.
Founded by Managing Director Brenden Matthews after twenty years as an Army mechanical engineering officer, M2T was built from the outset around the conviction that veterans and their partners bring exactly the skills Australia's defence industry needs.

In under three years, M2T has grown from a single-founder consultancy to a workforce of more than 40 personnel, with approximately 30% being veterans or the spouses/partners of veterans.
That growth has tracked directly alongside the company's expansion into some of Australia's most demanding sovereign defence programs, including the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Enterprise and the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA), alongside delivery engagements across program management, engineering, logistics and technical writing.
M2T has set an active veteran and partner recruitment target of 30% across its Defence portfolio — not as an aspiration, but as a measurable commitment tracked against real headcount growth in a company scaling faster than most in its category.
